Strategy and delivery, in the same hands
Kulea Hive is led by a small, senior team that pairs deep education-system experience with the operational and technical capability to deliver. Our leaders have built and run programmes inside the institutions we now partner with, so what we design, we can also run.
One team, strategy to delivery
Our leaders design the work and deliver it. What we propose to partners, we have the capability to execute ourselves, not outsource.
Built inside the system
The team has led work inside the Office of the Mayor of Freetown, national ministries and the city's public schools: the same institutions Kulea Hive strengthens today.
Governance that will mature
As the organisation grows, an advisory council, a board of trustees and formal public partnerships will be established, and published only once appointments are confirmed.
